Debbie Hayman, President & Co-Founder
Debbie grew up in Moorestown, NJ and graduated from Moorestown High School. She returned in 2014 with a wealth of experience from the intervening years, including: leadership positions in large congregations, such as president of the Tokyo Union Church congregation, Tokyo Japan; Patron and volunteer with a micro finance organization giving grants and loans in Southeast Asia; and volunteer work with food pantry/delivery ministries in Tokyo, New York City, Connecticut and Northeast Pennsylvania.
Jeffrey Hayman, Chairman & Co-Founder
Jeff met Debbie while living in South Jersey and working in Philadelphia, and he has had an attachment to the Moorestown area for over 40 years. He returned in 2014 with Debbie after a long business career, including regional and global division Chief Executive positions with a large, multi-national insurance organization. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sompo Holdings, a major Japanese multinational insurer. He also recently served for several years on the board of directors of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd, one of the largest European based global insurance companies. Jeff has been involved in both food security and academically oriented philanthropy for years, and he joined the Food Bank of South Jersey Board of Trustees in June of 2022.
